FIRST TIMERS AT RFMR

FIRST TIME TRAINING WITH US?​

Never used a Reformer before? No worries, everyone starts somewhere. At rfmr, we make sure your first experience is powerful, inviting and anything but uncomfortable. This is not your average workout - it's a full-body workout with music as intensity that feels different. You'll move better, feel stronger and walk out the door wondering why you didn't start sooner.

HOW IT WORKS

Book your spot. Show up early. Bring your energy.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class. We’ll walk you through the Reformer, get you set up, and make sure you feel confident before we even hit play.

WHAT TO BRING

Grip socks are mandatory for safety and stability. Don’t have a pair? We’ve got you covered in-studio.

Wear form-fitting clothes that let you move freely and allow your trainer to check your alignment.

Bring water. You’ll want it. Trust us.

Flexible Stretch

DURING CLASS

Each class is 50 minutes of focused, full-body intensity. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier so that  the rfmr instructor can show you around the studio and get you set up on the Reformer.

 

Expect a high-energy, low-impact, music-driven session. You’ll move through a carefully curated sequence that targets strength, control, and flexibility — all led by our trainer who’ll challenge you safely, no matter your experience level.
